A Lifetime Experience in the Gulf of Tonkin (3 days 2 nights)

Experience the most stunning sceneries of all three beautiful bays of The Gulf of Tonkin and the amazing island of Cat Ba on board The Au Co. Enjoy a biking promenade in the rainforest of the National Park on Cat Ba Island, follow our guide for a kayaking excursion in the hidden lagoons of Lan Ha Bay or visit a peaceful floating village in Bai Tu Long Bay on a traditional rowing boat. While aboard, discover The Au Co’s signature 5 elements cuisine, re-energize with tai chi, unwind on the sundeck or just pamper yourself in the Jacuzzi or with a Vietnamese massage.  

Day 1: Ha Noi - Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay (L/D)

8:00: Pick up at hotel in Hanoi. Leave Hanoi City for Halong Bay.
10:00: Have short break in the middle way!
12.30   Embark The Au Co and start cruising leisurely towards Ho Ba Ham islets in Lan Ha Bay
13.00   Introduction to the 5 elements cuisine. Lunch on board 15.30   Arrival at Ba Trai Dao. Enjoy swimming and guided kayaking  
17.30   High tea ceremony with Vietnamese traditional tea
19.00   Our first 5 elements signature dinner of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water is served while the boat is anchored in Ho Ba Ham
21.00   Meet our crew to discover their lives and understand Vietnamese culture  or try squid fishing at the reception        
 
Day 2: Cat Ba Island and Bai Tu Long Bay (B/L/D)

06.30   Earlier risers start the day with a Tai Chi class on the sundeck or enjoy the breathtaking views of the bay as the boats starts cruising quietly in Lan Ha Bay 07.00   Breakfast on board. Cruise towards Cat Ba Island   
08.30   Guided excursion & biking in the national park of Viet Hai village and visit The Au Co  organic farm  
10.30   Return to the ship and cruise east to Vung Vieng village in Bai Tu Long Bay 12.00   5 elements cuisine lunch on boat while the boat cruises the quiet waters of the area
14.00   Visit Vung Vieng floating village by traditional rowing boat or kayak. Swim in Vong Ha area 1
6.00   Departure to Cong Do Area and cruise through Bai Tu Long geological park
17.00   Sunset cocktail
19.00   Our second 5 elements signature dinner of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water is served   while the boat is anchored in Cong Do
21.00   Meet our crew to discover their lives and understand Vietnamese culture            

Day 3: Halong Bay – Ha Noi  (B)

08.30  Guided visit of Sung Sot (Surprise) Cave
